Daily Prayer For December 7, 2020 Empty Daily Prayer For December 7, 2020

on Tue Dec 08, 2020 9:49 pm
Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

We are grateful that we have the blessed assurance that we are more than conquerors through Christ. We are thankful that we will triumph over the forces of evil that conspire against us, and beauty will rise from the broken places of our lives. Help us to wait patiently as you work to fulfill your plans and purposes and work all things together for good. Help us live our lives confidently, full of faith, and with the expectation of seeing your promises fulfilled.

You tell us not to fear. You tell us to cast our burdens upon you. You tell us to be anxious for nothing because your eye is upon us, and you know our needs before we ask. You do not casually tell us to do these things. You are not suggesting we do these things if we feel like it. You want us to follow your instructions because you know what is best for us. You know what we are capable of doing with your help and through your abilities. You want us to live spiritually victorious lives. You want to show your power and strength in our weakness and teach us great and mighty things we don’t know about. Please help us to do the things you ask of us. Our spirit is willing, but our flesh is weak. Please help us to settle for nothing less than your best for us.

Lord, we submit our will to yours. We surrender our desires and our vision of how we think things should be. We ask for your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We know you love justice and righteousness, and you oppose the wicked. As it says in your Word, we pray that justice will roll on like a river and righteousness like a never-failing stream. We pray for your divine intervention in our world and our lives. So many things are happening at once. It can be overwhelming. We don’t know how to fix all that is wrong, but we know you do. We bring you every need and concern, lay them before you, and commit them to your hands. We trust that you will make all things beautiful in their time and that your mercy and lovingkindness will prevail.

We ask for your anointing to be upon us that we may have your Holy Boldness to live the life you have planned for us. Help us to be disciplined, determined, and motivated to do all that you command so we may live up to the potential you know is within us. Help us to grow closer to you with each passing day. We commit this day and week into your hands and thank you that we can ask all of these things in the name of Jesus. Amen

May your week be richly blessed, friends!
