Daily Prayer For November 27, 2020 Empty Daily Prayer For November 27, 2020

Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for this new day of life. Thank you for the beautiful world you created. Too often, we fail to admire your handiwork and appreciate all you’ve given us. As we enter this holy holiday season, please let us be full of childlike wonder. Help us to look past the stress and sorrows of this world. In some ways, this year has been a tremendous gift. It has stripped away so much and shown us to appreciate the little things we have taken for granted. Even as life has changed, each day is still passing like a vapor. Each day is still a precious gift that we cannot get back once it’s gone. Help us, this season, learn to celebrate what truly matters…the birth of our Savior. Help us to not wish away our days longing for what was or waiting for better days to come. Help us to embrace this season and glean all we can from what you are showing us and trying to teach us.

Rekindle in us the fire and passion we had when we first came to know Jesus as our Savior. Help us to be filled with wonder, awe, and joy at the miraculous story of how and why Jesus humbled Himself and came to save us. Please help us set aside all that would dampen the hope we have because our Savior lives. Help us to fall more in love with Jesus. Help us to rise above the negative and toxic. Help us remember we are people of The Promise. Our risen King and Savior is coming again, and the beauty of this world cant begin to compare to what you have prepared for those who love you. Give us zeal and passion for sharing your amazing story of love with those who don’t know you…with those who need encouragement…with those who need to find hope in the midst of these troubling times. Give us opportunities in the remainder of this year to sing your praises and share about the wonderful things you have done. This is our time to shine brightly for you. This is our time to share the good news of the gospel with so many who need to hear it. We may feel too broken and sad to be used, but we help ourselves when we reach out to help and encourage others.

The world was a very dark place when Jesus was born. Word of Messiah’s birth brought hope to those who felt hopeless. In these dark days, that message is more relevant than ever. Jesus came, he died, and more importantly, He Lives. May our hearts overflow because of His incredible gifts. We love you, Father, and give you all praise, glory, and honor that you so rightly deserve. We are grateful that we can pray to you in the name of our Savior and Messiah Jesus. Amen.

May you have an abundantly blessed day and weekend, friends!

~Hope For The Brokenhearted
