Daily Prayer For August 16, 2020
on Sun Aug 16, 2020 10:28 pm
Hello, Friends! I feel led to repost this today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
You choose the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. You are The Almighty One and The Great I AM. You spoke all that we see into existence. You part the seas and raise the dead. The wind and waves obey you. You sent your Son through a virgin. You do what no one else can do. There is nothing too hard for you. You restore what is broken and bring life from death. You can make an old couple like Abraham and Sarah have a child in their 90’s. You can take someone like Paul, who persecuted Christians and turn him into one of your most faithful followers. You’ve used prostitutes and children, poor widows and donkeys, a few fish and loaves to serve your purposes and to show your might and power. Nothing is impossible for you. You are beyond time and space, and your ways are beyond our comprehension.
We humbly bow before you and submit ourselves to you. Please cleanse us of all unrighteousness, forgive us of our sins and fill us with your Spirit. Like the blind, the lame, the diseased, and the outcasts who came seeking a touch from Jesus…we come seeking what only you can give as well. Please move among us…in our lives, in our homes, our churches, our country, and our world. We pray for those in ministry and all who serve, protect, provide, and whose professions make all of our lives better and our society function. We pray for all who are longing to get back to work. Please open doors that have been closed and make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray for those in leadership and pray that they might turn their hearts towards you, seek your face, and your will and hear your voice. We pray for healing for the sick and ask you to restore all that the enemy has corrupted and torn asunder.
You tell us to ask, seek, knock, pray without ceasing, and to pray for one another. So we are coming to you and laying all of our needs, requests, and burdens and everything spoken and unspoken before you. We ask you to answer according to your will and timing and in the way that you think is best. We are grateful that we are one day closer to being home with you. We are thankful for all that is to come, and all that awaits. We are grateful that because of Jesus, we can come to your throne of grace and lift all of our petitions to you in His most precious, holy and wonderful name. Amen
Believing with you for miracles, friends!

Thank you Cinda

why can't people just be people
as the flora and the founa intended
man must always go outside of mankind
and that destroys the world and is mean
dear God, too many prayers have come to you
I think you now have no more advice than to let humanity be human again
so they have to destroy each other first
which they are already doing very well
not just this
they also take the flora and founa with them
