Daily Prayer For July 14, 2020
on Tue Jul 14, 2020 3:26 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Lord,
We come before you today and we ask for your blessing to be upon our families and our homes. Please be the head of our relationships and households. May our homes be filled with harmony and your peace and presence. May our homes be a sanctuary and safe haven from the turmoil and cares of the world.
With all that is going on during these difficult times, our stress levels are higher. There are fewer outlets available due to quarantines and shutdowns to get out and de-stress. Please ease the tensions in any strained relationships. Help us to find healthy ways to deal with all of our cares, anxiety, stress, sleepless nights, and frustrations so we don’t take anything out on those around us. Help us to treat others the way we want to be treated and to love with your love.
We pray for the homes where there is abuse, addictions, infidelity, or an unhealthy environment. Please change hearts, minds, and lives and make things better than they’ve ever been. Please heal and restore broken and damaged relationships. Please deliver and make a way of escape for all who are in harm’s way.
We pray for all who are feeling the weight from being unable to work and the stress of financial problems. We ask for your divine intervention and provision for those who are struggling to pay their bills and to feed their families. Please supply abundantly from your storehouses, and replace worry, fear, and anxiety with your comfort and peace.
We pray for all the families who are dealing with grief, loss, divorce, illness, and injuries. We ask for your strength, comfort, and guidance as they navigate the uncharted waters they find themselves in. May they find healing, hope, and help from you. We lift up all who are single, the widowed, and all who are alone with no one to rely on for help. Please bring people and resources into their lives.
Lord, please use this time to draw us closer to you and those we love. May these times make us more appreciative of all we’ve been blessed with and help us to take nothing for granted. Please help us to love better, and be more attentive to the needs of those around us. May others see you in us. Thank you in advance for all you will do. In Jesus’ name, we ask these things. Amen
Blessings be upon you, friends!
