Daily Prayer For March 23, 2020 Empty Daily Prayer For March 23, 2020

on Wed Mar 25, 2020 7:23 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

Thank you for this day that you have given us. Please prepare our hearts for what lies ahead for each of us. Help us to be sensitive to your voice. May your Spirit speak to us and guide us. Many of your promises and blessings are contingent on our obedience to you. May we be ever-mindful of your promptings. May we hear your voice above all others and trust you enough to do the things that you ask of us. You have given us so many examples in your Word of people who were required to step out in faith and to follow your instructions before they saw your promises fulfilled and your blessings bestowed upon them. May we learn from those who have gone before us. May our hearts be right before you. Create a right spirit within us. Help us to trust when it makes no early sense to. Your acts are not random. What seems insignificant to us, might be part of a bigger, grander plan that you are putting into motion. You have only our best interests at heart. Help us to trust your heart when we can’t trace your hand. Help us to have faith over fear and trust over doubt. Help us to claim your promises and expect to see your goodness.

Help us to draw closer to you, Lord. Help us to long for a deeper, more intimate relationship with you. You alone know our deepest desires and unexpressed longings. You feel our pain like no one else can. You are our closest confidant and the One who can heal us, comfort us, and soothe us like no human can. The Psalms say you are faithful in all you do, and the earth is full of your unfailing love. You created our hearts and consider everything they do. Your eyes are on those who fear you and hope in your unfailing love so you can deliver us and save us. You are our help and shield, and our hearts do hope in you, Lord.

We surrender all that we are, all of our desires, all of our fears, doubts, and anxious thoughts. We look to you, the source of our help, our strength, and every good thing, and we thank you in advance for all you will do. We give you glory, praise, and honor, and thank you that we can ask these things in Jesus’ name. Amen

Blessings be upon you, friends!
