Daily Prayer For March 20 2020 Empty Daily Prayer For March 20 2020

Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

We come before you today and ask you to bless our homes. May they be filled with your peace, love, compassion, harmony, patience, and understanding. We ask for your angels to protect us and keep us safe, and we ask the same for all of our friends and loved ones.

As we are confined and sheltering in place, many are finding all the changes hard to deal with. Social isolation is especially difficult for those who are in rest homes, rehab facilities, and hospitals. Many are unable to get home, or they are quarantined or on lockdown and must stay away from loved ones. Many are working long hours to serve the community and then must stay away from their family to keep them safe. There are so many needs and so many scenarios going on that people are dealing with. We ask you to comfort all who are feeling weary, sad, anxious, lonely, overwhelmed, and worried.

Many are now stuck at home with people who are abusive, neglectful or challenging to be around. Work and school were forms of escape, and they don’t have that available to them right now. Many people are on edge from stress and anxiety. All that is going on is only exacerbating problems that were already there. Please put a hedge of protection about your children who are suffering and enduring situations from which they have no way to escape. Please do what only you can do to help those who are in need.

We pray for all who are homeless. We pray all who are feeling the weight of the lack of jobs and financial concerns. We pray for all the families that are suffering from grief, loss, health problems, and injuries not related to the coronavirus. We pray for the single-parent families, the widowed, and those who don’t have any family to support them during these difficult times. Please send people and angels to support, help, and encourage all who are vulnerable and on their own.

Lord, you see and know every need before we ask. Nothing that is going on has taken you by surprise. You knew all we were dealing with before life changed so drastically, and you knew all that would be added to our lists of things that we were dealing with. Your promises are the same yesterday, today, and forever. The world and all that’s in it may change, but you never do. We are grateful that you already have a plan in place to provide for each need. We don’t have to have all the answers and have everything figured out, we only need you. You are our greatest need and the answer to every prayer. We are grateful that you hold us safely in your hands today. Help us to rest and trust in you. In Jesus’ name, we ask these things. Amen

May you feel safe and secure in Jesus today!
