Daily Prayer For March 14, 2020 Empty Daily Prayer For March 14, 2020

on Sat Mar 14, 2020 10:57 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

We confess we don’t often understand why you allow what you do in our lives and our world, but we know that you often allow what you hate to achieve miraculous results that you love. You redeem what the enemy means for harm, work all things together for good for those who love you and create the most amazing stories of redemption and triumph.

Moses was taken from his birth family and brought up in the household of the enemy king so you could use him to lead your people. Joseph endured many life-altering tragedies, hardships, and losses so he could save your people and the world from famine. Ruth lost her husband and left behind everything she had ever known to take care of her mother-in-law Naomi. You had to move Ruth to Bethlehem so you could bring her a new husband. From Ruth and Boaz came a royal lineage that included King David and Jesus. It was prophesied that Jesus would come from Bethlehem. Over in over in your Word and throughout history, we see how you work through devastating tragedies, losses, and situations to orchestrate events and timelines to fulfill prophecies and your promises. Nothing is random in this life. You are involved in the smallest of details. The more we study your Word, the more we see what a miracle worker you are and how your planning and timing are perfect. You are the Master Architect who weaves all things together for good in ways that no one else can do. What an amazing, God you are!

When we are in the midst of struggles, help us to trust your character, your track record, and your heart. Help us to have bold faith that believes that you are working, even when you seem silent. Help us to trust that you are the same yesterday, today, and forever and what you promise you will bring to pass. Every day, miracles are happening all around us that you have orchestrated and put into place. You are not limited by man’s limitations or lack of knowledge or understanding. If you can bring new life, hope, restoration, and redemption from all Jesus went through on the cross, there is nothing too hard for you or beyond you. We are grateful that your ways are not our ways and that your thoughts are beyond ours. Help us to abide in you. Help us to trust in your sovereignty. Help us to look forward with expectation to all you will do to redeem the difficult things we are all going through. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen

May the Lord bless you and make His face shine on you, friends!
