Daily Prayer For October 1, 2019
on Tue Oct 01, 2019 9:31 am
Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for waking us to see this new day and month. Help us daily to remember that as a man thinks, so he is. Help us purge any anger, bitterness, or negative, toxic influences from our hearts and minds. Please speak to us frequently throughout our days, and may we be tuned in to hear your still small voice leading us and guiding us in your truth, mercy, and grace. At the end of this month, may our faith and trust in you be stronger than it is now. Help us to make the most of our days and be good stewards with all you have entrusted to us. Help us so we don’t allow anything into our thoughts, lives, or relationships that will draw us away from you. Not everything is a sin, but not everything is good or helpful either. May we glorify you in the things we say and do and bear much fruit for you.
Father, for those who are not doing well physically, mentally, or emotionally…for anyone who may be feeling a sense of despair, anxiousness, or hopelessness, we ask for your divine intervention. May they feel your healing hand upon them and may they find hope and healing in you. May those who are grieving feel your comfort and nearness. May they know that you are with them, collecting their tears and offering your strength to sustain them. Please give strength and energy to the tired and weary. We are grateful that you will help us handle all that is before us. We may feel ill-equipped for what we face, but we stand on Your Word and promises and not how we think or feel or how things look.
May each one praying here today feel loved. May each person know how valuable and adored they are by you. Please bless everyone in ways they have never known before…in ways that they can’t begin to think, dream, or imagine. Please open your storehouses and expand their territories. Please meet every need, spoken and unspoken, and we thank you in advance for all you will do. We give you all praise, glory, and honor, and thank you that we can ask these things in our Savior Jesus’ name. Amen.
May you have a peaceful, blessed day and month!
