Jello Surprise!

1 box (8 oz) Strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz) Whipped Cream
1 (12 oz) Cottage Cheese (sm cured)

1 (20 oz) can Crushed or Cubed Pineapple (drained)
2 (12 oz) Frozen Strawberries (thawed-drained)
1 (15 oz) can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
6 Bananas
1 c sm Marshmallows
1 sm pkg Walnuts (chopped course or fine)

Mix Jello and Cottage Cheese well.  Add Whipped Cream and blend well.
Add drained Strawberries and Fold in.
Add Oranges and Fold in.
Add Sliced Bananas (halves or quarters your choice) Fold in.
Add Marshmallows and Walnuts. Fold in

Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight.   **Note:  You can use any kind of Jello depending on the occasion.   I’ve tried Green, Orange, Raspberry – they have all worked great.  You can also add Grapes (seedless), and any other kind of nuts – your choice!

For larger servings, just add a larger carton of Cottage Cheese, and Whipped Cream… Enjoy!   mickeywave
