During today’s Maxis Monthly Live Stream, The Sims team announced that a new Holiday update will be coming to the game soon™️, bringing new buy items, Create-a-Sim assets, and the new “Crown Roast” and “Winter Cake” recipes.

In addition to these new items, they confirmed the next update will also address some of the bugs currently creating issues for players in the game.

That's good!  I noticed when I was playing my game, thinks (my Simmies), were not acting right.  For example, I command them to play a piano, or guitar, and I could hear music, but they would continue to stand where they were prior to me giving them a command.  Then later, after pausing my game then resume play, they would bounce over to the piano or guitar and be playing it.   scratch  Go figure that one out!!!
